Round flat silicone rubber gaskets provide a custom interface between mating faces. Their circular outline can be sized to follow the supported sealing area, with the thickness selected for the assembly's closing gap. The component should lie evenly before compression is applied.
Check the relationship between the center opening and the outside edge. The useful contact width is the area supported by both mating parts, not necessarily the full visible width of the gasket. Nearby steps or raised features can reduce that support even when the overall diameters appear correct.
Select the silicone formulation for the contents, temperature, and cleaning conditions of the joint. Fit the gasket without stretching it around a feature that is larger than its intended opening. Bring the mating faces together in alignment so that the ring does not slide sideways. During maintenance, examine both faces for permanent uneven compression and clean deposits from the seat. Match the original thickness and compound when replacing the gasket, preserving the designed closing relationship.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The useful contact width is the area supported by both mating parts, not necessarily the full visible width of the gasket. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
