Rubber feet with various sizes allow the support layout to be adapted to the footprint of a device or assembly. The custom dimensions should balance the available mounting area, the required stand-off, and the way the finished item rests on a surface. A larger outside size alone does not establish a higher working load.
Treat the feet as a set. If one position carries a different share of the weight or sits on a different base feature, identical loose parts may not produce identical installed heights. Evaluate the complete assembly for rocking and inspect the contact patches beneath it. Changing one foot to a taller version can shift the load onto a diagonal pair and alter the behavior of the other supports.
The range includes custom material and color choices, with molded branding also possible. These details can be coordinated after the support geometry is established. For replacement work, compare the existing mounting interface as well as the visible pad. A foot that looks similar from above may seat differently underneath and change the equipment's final position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
