A rubber cushion pad with an adhesive-backed silicone construction places a flexible layer at a defined contact area. Its bonded footprint should support the region that receives the load, rather than leaving the upper contact concentrated over an unsupported edge.
ETOL customizes dimensions, structure, material, hardness and color. Compare the mating object's underside with the available attachment surface. A raised rib or narrow foot can make the actual loaded area much smaller than the pad outline.
Prepare the substrate, align the pad and follow the selected backing's bonding requirements before use. Inspect the assembled rubber for uneven compression or a corner that begins to lift when the object moves. Evaluate the cushioning behavior with the intended load and contact direction. During cleaning, keep grit out from beneath exposed edges and replace a shifting pad on a properly prepared surface. If the contact pattern changes after an assembly adjustment, revisit the pad position rather than assuming its original footprint still supports the new arrangement correctly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
