Rubber feet end caps cover the ends of legs and provide a rubber surface at the contact point. For moisture protection, the fitted contact around the leg mouth needs to suit the intended exposure and allow appropriate cleaning and drying. Custom size, material and color allow the cover to be matched to the leg rather than forced over an approximate profile.
Inspect the leg end before fitting, including its coating and any seam or uneven cut. The cap should seat without leaving a lifted side where moisture or dirt can collect. If the equipment is cleaned with water, review how the full fitted assembly dries and whether liquid can remain inside the cover. Keep grit away from the underside so it is not pressed into the floor during use. During maintenance, remove a loose or damaged cap and check the enclosed end as well as the visible rubber. A replacement should reproduce the intended support height and cavity fit so the leg does not sit differently from the others.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
