Rubber caps for chair legs cover the ends with a custom molded contact layer. The internal socket should follow the receiving leg, while the base meets the floor in the chair's normal stance. The insertion depth matters as much as the width of the leg at the opening.
Check whether the leg tapers or changes shape inside the cap. A tip can grip at its upper edge while stopping too early to support the base properly. The bottom profile also needs to suit any leg angle so the chair rests across the intended contact area.
Clean the leg end and remove sharp material before fitting. Seat the cap fully, then compare all feet on a level surface to check for rocking. Keep grit from collecting beneath the rubber during use. Inspect the tips after the chair has been moved, looking for splits, displacement, or wear near the hard leg end. Replace damaged parts with matching installed heights so the original stance is preserved.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The insertion depth matters as much as the width of the leg at the opening. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
