Rubber tips for chair legs enclose the lower end of a compatible leg and provide the floor-facing contact area. For small round feet, the internal seat and bottom thickness determine where the hard leg rests inside the cover. The outside height alone does not reveal that installed relationship.
Measure the actual leg end and check for a taper or angled cut. A round opening can still fit poorly if its depth stops the leg before the base is reached. The material should also suit the intended floor finish and routine cleaning exposure.
Fit the tips evenly and assess the chair as a complete set. If one corner sits high, compare the internal seating rather than trimming the visible base immediately. Clean grit from the contact surfaces and inspect for thinning where the leg presses against the rubber. Replace damaged parts with a compatible profile so the chair retains its intended height and does not expose a hard edge through a worn underside.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
