Rubber pads for chair feet provide custom contact layers at the leg ends or foot assemblies. The pad outline, thickness, and attachment should suit the leg end and the angle at which it meets the floor. The complete chair needs consistent contact across its intended supporting points.
Identify how the pad is retained before selecting a replacement. An inserted, covering, or otherwise mounted design needs its own matching geometry. The pad should seat fully without leaving an edge raised or a working face tilted by an unsuitable fit. Check the chair after all pads are fitted and keep the contact surfaces free from grit. Material and hardness should suit the actual floor and cleaning conditions. If one pad wears differently, inspect the leg and frame alignment as well as the rubber. Replacement should restore the original height and contact area rather than use extra thickness to hide a damaged leg end or an uneven supporting structure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
