Match the attachment and installation method
Rubber feet for electronics provide molded contact points beneath a device. The custom shape should match the base mounting area and the clearance required under the enclosure. The surface beneath the device matters, but the way the load reaches each foot is equally important.
Check the underside for recesses, screws, access panels, and intended ventilation openings. Feet need suitable mounting areas that do not obstruct those features. Their installed height should remain consistent across the base so the device does not rock when cables are connected or controls are used.
Fit the feet using the attachment method intended by the product design and inspect the complete equipment in its normal configuration. Keep the contact faces free of grit or residue, and check the attachment after the device has been moved. Furniture versions need their own matching profile and load arrangement rather than an assumed interchangeable fit. During maintenance, replace missing or damaged feet with the correct height and construction so the original stance and underside clearance are preserved.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
