A flat rubber suction cup for a temperature sensitive application needs a material suited to the conditions at the contact surface. Custom dimensions, structure, color and hardness from 30 to 90 Shore A allow the component to follow the intended arrangement. Select the finished compound using the actual temperature and duration of exposure.
Check the surface at the moment the cup touches it. The workpiece temperature may differ from the surrounding air, and the cup may encounter repeated heating and cooling during the process. Evaluate contact and release under those working conditions with the complete vacuum system.
The flat profile should fit within a usable contact area without crossing a surface interruption. Verify approach alignment so one side is not forced down before the other reaches the workpiece. During maintenance, inspect the lip and body for changes in shape or surface condition. Clean with a compatible method, and review the temperature exposure if replacement cups repeatedly change in the same way rather than adjusting the approach to compensate.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
