A Rubber grommet kit is most useful when its components correspond to the openings and cable arrangements in the intended assembly. Define each profile by its mounting fit and cable passage rather than choosing a group solely because the outer diameters look varied.
ETOL offers custom sizes, materials, hardness and colors. Establish which entry uses each part and whether different panel thicknesses or cable coverings require separate profiles. A useful set should reflect those actual differences, keeping similar-looking pieces distinguishable where a mix-up would change the fit.
For repeated production or maintenance, compare the kit against the finished panels and cable assemblies. Include any connectors that affect installation order and any nearby features that restrict flange clearance. The same cable diameter does not guarantee that two panel openings can use an identical retained section.
Keep the parts separated during fitting so a seated grommet can be traced to its intended position. Check the groove and bore at each opening instead of treating the kit as automatically interchangeable. After wiring, revisit the entries for rolled lips or parts pulled out during threading. If an assembly revision changes a panel or lead, update the affected selection rather than continuing to use a familiar piece that only approximately fits the revised opening.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. If an assembly revision changes a panel or lead, update the affected selection rather than continuing to use a familiar piece that only approximately fits the revised opening. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
