A custom made silicone button can be developed around one control position rather than forcing the product layout to suit a standard button size. Dimensions, multiple color choices and engraved or embossed identification allow the visible part to follow the enclosure and its intended use. Hardness options from 20 to 80 Shore A provide flexibility when refining the rubber component.
Establish the space above and below the panel together. The exposed height determines how the finger approaches the button, while the hidden geometry must suit the switch and support arrangement. Check that the visible shape still allows a complete press after the enclosure is tightened.
Identification can be integrated into the molded surface, but its position should leave a comfortable contact area. Evaluate the button while carrying out the real operating action, including pressing from a slight angle if that is how the product is normally held. For upkeep, remove residue around the moving edge and inspect the seating if the response changes. Correct a trapped or misaligned part before repeated force damages its flexible section.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
