Match the attachment and installation method
Custom colored rubber push buttons can identify different commands or key groups within a silicone keypad. The chosen colors should remain associated with the correct shapes and circuit positions during assembly. The visible arrangement is useful only when each control operates the intended function.
Use the molded locating features and key outlines to establish the correct orientation. Similar colors should not be the sole basis for fitting a part into a nearly matching position. The sheet needs to sit naturally beneath the panel, with enough clearance for each button to travel. Printing, raised or recessed details, and color-filled marking can reinforce the command information.
Review the assembled interface from the user's normal viewing position. Keep legends clear within the exposed surface and check return after the housing is fastened. During care, remove deposits that obscure markings or affect movement around a key. Material and dimensions should stay matched to the intended environment; color itself does not define durability or the electrical behavior of the control.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
