Rubber blanking caps cover unused pipe terminations with custom molded closures. A silicone profile can be developed to fit around the outside, while an internal blanking arrangement needs dimensions matched to the bore. The cap or plug geometry should follow the intended closure method and the condition in which it will be used.
Inspect the pipe end for features beyond its main diameter. A bead, thread, cut edge or change in wall shape can affect how far an external cap travels and where it contacts. Leave sufficient cavity depth for the end without stretching the closed face over a sharp projection. For an inserted version, check the internal surface and available depth separately.
Clean the end before fitting so trapped debris does not remain beneath the closure. Select the material for the medium and surrounding exposure. A protective cap used while a pipe is stored has a different role from a retained closure in an operating line; define that role with the complete assembly. Keep removal access available when the pipe will later be connected.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
