A Rubber pipe plug should close the intended region of a tube without being pushed beyond its designed seat. The inserted body, any shoulder and the exposed handling portion need to be matched to the actual pipe geometry.
ETOL can customize dimensions, material, hardness and color. Check the internal space for steps or projections that could stop one side early. Select the compound for the contents and operating exposure, then evaluate the closure function in the complete arrangement.
Clean the pipe end before insertion and align the plug with its axis. Stop if the plug tilts or meets an unexpected obstruction rather than using more force to make the head look level. Maintain access to the intended removal feature, especially where the surrounding assembly is closed later. During service, follow the system's release procedure and inspect the inserted section for scoring. If the same mark appears after repeated use, inspect the corresponding pipe surface and correct it before installing another closure into that location.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The inserted body, any shoulder and the exposed handling portion need to be matched to the actual pipe geometry. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
