T Shape Silicone Stoppers can be customized as rubber pipe plugs with a transverse exterior and an inserted body. The body should match the pipe bore and intended engagement length, while the upper section needs room around the pipe end. Develop the two regions together so handling access does not interfere with seating.
Check the pipe's mounted position. A nearby fitting or bracket may restrict the T shaped portion even when the bore accepts the plug. Leave enough clearance to grasp and remove the stopper without twisting the pipe or scraping the rubber against surrounding hardware.
Material, hardness and color can be selected for the application. Choose the finished silicone formulation for the contents and cleaning conditions, and inspect the pipe edge before fitting. During reuse, examine the stem and the underside of the upper section for cuts or a persistent fold. A wider head should not be used to hide an incorrectly seated body; the closing contact needs to reach its intended position inside the pipe.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The body should match the pipe bore and intended engagement length, while the upper section needs room around the pipe end. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
