An industrial suction cup needs to suit the direction of the handling forces as well as the surface it contacts. This custom rubber vacuum component can be sized for the intended workpiece and equipment arrangement. Start with the usable sealing area, then evaluate how the item moves after pickup.
Lifting straight away from a support and moving sideways place different demands on the cup contact. Changes in speed or orientation should therefore be included in the trial cycle. The vacuum system and mounting arrangement must be assessed together with the cup; a strong sounding product description is not a substitute for checking the actual handling conditions.
Select the finished rubber for the workpiece surface and any residues encountered during operation. Keep the lip clean and inspect it for uneven wear, which can point to repeated angled contact. If the cup drags during release, review the sequence before that movement damages its edge. Match replacement geometry to the established pickup location and verify the contact again after installation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
