Match the attachment and installation method
A rubber silicone cover encloses a matching component with a flexible outer layer. Its shape can be customized to follow the part being protected, but the inside needs enough room for features that project beyond the main body. A cover that follows the exterior outline too closely may press against a small ridge, corner or control.
Identify which surfaces should grip and which should remain clear. Also check access to any opening that must still be used with the cover fitted. ETOL offers custom geometry, material, color and hardness so the fit can be developed around those details.
During fitting, avoid stretching the cover over an unfinished sharp edge. Run a finger around the seated perimeter to find folds or a section caught underneath itself. Remove trapped dust before refitting a cover that has been taken off for maintenance. If environmental sealing is required, evaluate the closure and any remaining openings together; a close-fitting outer shell alone does not establish a sealed assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
