A square tube sleeve provides a rubber covering around a square section, with a custom opening and profile to suit the mating component. The inside corners should fit the tube's corner shape as carefully as the straight sides fit its width.
Measure the finished section and any coating before selecting the sleeve. ETOL can vary size, material, hardness and color. Include changes in width along the engagement length, since a small taper or local weld can obstruct a sleeve that fits at the end.
Fit the sleeve evenly over the section without stretching one corner ahead of the others. Keep the tube end smooth so it cannot cut the rubber internally. If the sleeve includes a hole that must align with another feature, establish that orientation before seating it fully. After fitting, check the corners for excessive tension and ensure the opening remains unobstructed. During removal, work around the perimeter rather than pulling one thin edge hard enough to turn the sleeve inside out or tear its corner.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
