Product Overview

A rubber squeeze bulb pump uses a flexible body within a manually operated pumping arrangement. Custom material, dimensions, and hardness allow the bulb shape to suit the intended hand action and connection. The complete system determines how that action produces its required flow or suction.

Consider the bulb in its installed position. The hand needs room to compress and release it without forcing attached tubing into a sharp bend. Connection sizes and the direction of the fittings should remain compatible with the rest of the assembly.

Select the rubber or silicone formulation for the medium and temperature it contacts. The bulb body alone does not establish pumping volume, vacuum level, or pressure capability. Evaluate the complete arrangement through its intended operating cycle. During care, keep the exterior and connection areas clean using the system's specified method. Inspect flexible regions and neck transitions for cuts or lasting deformation. Replace with the matching body and connection geometry so that handling and system fit remain consistent.

Material options
Silicone. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A. The hand needs room to compress and release it without forcing attached tubing into a sharp bend.
Custom dimensions
Custom material, dimensions, and hardness allow the bulb shape to suit the intended hand action and connection.
Fit & assembly
Connection sizes and the direction of the fittings should remain compatible with the rest of the assembly.
Use & inspection
Replace with the matching body and connection geometry so that handling and system fit remain consistent.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
