Rubber Sticky Bumpers add a flexible stop where two surfaces meet. Their adhesive attachment is useful when a small cushioning point is needed without drilling, while custom shapes and sizes allow the bumper to suit the available contact area.
Identify where the moving or resting part actually lands before bonding the bumper. A stop placed near the right position may still leave the hard surfaces touching elsewhere. Choose the height and footprint so the intended contact reaches the rubber without producing an unwanted misalignment in the surrounding assembly.
Material, hardness and color can be customized. Prepare the mounting face for the selected adhesive and place the bumper without contaminating its backing. Follow the bonding conditions appropriate to that adhesive before repeated contact begins. Observe the first movements slowly, watching for sideways shear or an edge being peeled by the mating part. During routine inspection, replace a bumper that has shifted or developed a lifting corner rather than pressing it back over residue. Check the contact alignment again after fitting the replacement.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
