Match the attachment and installation method
A glass vacuum suction cup should meet the glass squarely while its holder transfers force through the intended attachment. An offset holder can create leverage that tends to peel one side of the rim even when the mounting connection remains secure. Select the cup profile and holder geometry together around the actual contact surface.
Check glass curvature, texture, and any coating or seam beneath the footprint. Include the intended orientation and movement when assessing the complete arrangement. If vacuum equipment is used, its operating and release conditions belong in that assessment as well.
Clean the rim and glass appropriately before fitting, and inspect the lip for damage. Verify the holder does not pull the cup into a tilted position at rest. Release suction before repositioning the holder rather than levering it away from one edge. During reuse, compare wear with the load path and surface location so a replacement is not immediately subjected to the same uneven contact that affected the previous cup.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
