The metal threaded screw on a rubber suction cup joins the flexible component to its holder. During maintenance, distinguish movement at that connection from loss of contact at the suction face. The two faults can appear similar when an attached item shifts, but they require different checks.
Support and release the mounted item using the intended procedure before examining it. Check whether the screw has moved relative to its receiving part or whether the rubber transition is damaged. Then inspect the lip separately for a cut, fold or contamination. Tightening a sound threaded joint will not restore an interrupted suction contact.
Custom attachment and cup dimensions should follow the holder and target surface. Preserve the required thread engagement without bottoming against a hidden obstruction. The assembled hardware must leave the cup at its intended angle and free from residual twist.
After repair or replacement, assess the complete installation under its actual direction of force and surface conditions. Observe both interfaces when the item is repositioned. Repeated loosening at the attachment should be investigated as a fastening issue rather than answered by increasing the cup diameter or changing rubber hardness.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
