A rubber suction cup with metal part needs a connection that transfers force without distorting the flexible body around the insert. The threaded feature should engage its mounting component with the cup aligned to the surface. A secure metal connection does not compensate for a rim that is pulled unevenly by an offset or twisted attachment.
Check thread size, engagement depth, and surrounding clearance. Choose the cup profile around the actual surface texture and curvature. Assess the load direction and any movement of the attached component as part of the complete arrangement.
Tighten through the intended fixing method without using the rubber body as an uncontrolled lever. Clean the lip before attachment and inspect for continuous contact. Release the cup before making adjustments that rotate the hardware. During maintenance, inspect the rubber near the metal feature as well as the rim. Local damage at the insert may reflect mounting force, while a cut lip or unsuitable surface can affect contact independently of the threaded connection.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
