A silicone tube sealing cap covers an exposed tube end when the opening needs protection from loose contamination. A removable silicone cover can be tailored in size and color for the component, with the fit chosen around the outside surface and the depth available at the end. During an assembly that pauses between operations, the cap should stay fitted without making later removal unnecessarily difficult.
Put the cover on a clean end rather than using it to hide debris already present. When the tube is reopened, place the cap where its interior cannot collect chips or dust from the work surface. Inspect that interior before reuse. A cover with a split mouth may no longer remain in position during normal handling, even when its closed end looks sound. Replace it instead of adding tape across a dirty surface. If several similar tube sizes are being assembled, keep each cover matched to its intended fitting so an apparently convenient substitute does not leave the opening only partly protected.

ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
