A vibration damper for motorbike assemblies is a custom rubber support component for a defined mounting location. The correct shape depends on the bracket, attachment features, and operating movement at that position. It should be selected as part of that assembly rather than assumed to fit every motorcycle with similar looking mounts.
Consider access and exposure around the part. A support near another component may have limited room to move, while its temperature and fluid contact can differ from a mount elsewhere on the same vehicle. The chosen compound must reflect those actual conditions.
Fit the damper with its locating surfaces properly engaged and avoid twisting the rubber while fastening the mating hardware. Check the supported component's position after assembly, including clearance to edges that could rub during use. This molded part does not establish the behavior of a complete suspension system. Inspect it for cracks, separation, or a changed seating position during maintenance, and examine the bracket if damage repeatedly appears at the same point.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. A motorbike mount's profile depends on its bracket, attachment details and movement at the mounting location. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
