A bushing style rubber connector can form a protective sleeve around the transition between a wire and an adjoining component. Its custom profile needs to follow the assembled connection, including any local increase in size at a termination. The purpose is to provide a suitable rubber interface without crowding the connection or forcing the wire into an awkward route.
Measure the finished connection rather than the loose wire alone. A crimp, wrap or outer housing can create a larger section that controls installation. Decide whether the sleeve is fitted before or after that feature is assembled, and preserve access to anything that needs later adjustment.
The offering includes many rubber choices and a hardness range of 30 to 90 Shore A. Material and wall form should suit the intended surroundings and the amount of flexibility needed at the transition. After fitting, check that the sleeve does not put sideways force on the connected parts. Look for rubbing at its ends during maintenance, especially where a flexible wire leaves a more rigid connection. Renew a damaged sleeve before its edge catches the wire covering.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
