Product Overview

A rubber suction cup with screw should be selected around the fixture it attaches and the surface it contacts. The screw connection fixes the cup to the fixture, while the flexible rim establishes the surface interface. These separate functions need to remain coordinated so a secure fastener does not leave the cup tilted or twisted.

Check the thread engagement and the room available around the mounting point. Assess the fixture's load direction, including any leverage caused by a part projecting away from the surface. Choose the cup profile and compound for the actual surface condition, environment, and intended movement.

Complete the hardware alignment before fitting the rim where practical. Keep the contact area clean and inspect the lip for continuous seating. Evaluate the complete fixture under its actual operating conditions without assigning a holding capacity from cup size alone. During reuse, release the cup before changing the fixture position, then inspect both the screw region and rim for damage that could affect the next installation.

Material options
Rubber compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Check the thread engagement and the room available around the mounting point.
Custom geometry
Complete the hardware alignment before fitting the rim where practical.
Fit evaluation
Choose the cup profile and compound for the actual surface condition, environment, and intended movement.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; OEM markings outside the suction contact face.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
