A rubber pneumatic suction cup uses a flexible contact face with an internally threaded connection for the selected assembly. The connection needs to suit the mating fitting, while the cup geometry needs to suit the surface being contacted. Custom dimensions, compound and color choices are available.
Check thread form, engagement and clearance before installing a fitting. The fitting should reach its intended position without twisting the cup body or distorting the lip. Keep debris out of the connection during assembly so it does not interfere with the pneumatic path.
Evaluate suction with the complete system and the actual surface. Surface smoothness, cup alignment and the direction of force all affect contact. The cup should sit evenly rather than rely on one edge to follow a local slope. Assess the operating conditions and load for the selected configuration instead of transferring a result from a different cup size.
During servicing, inspect both the flexible face and the threaded connection. Remove surface residue without scratching the lip, and check that the fitting remains secure in its intended orientation. Release the contact before moving the cup to another position. Protect the opening and face when the component is stored away from the pneumatic assembly.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
