A conductive single button combines a user contact surface with an underside arrangement developed for the circuit. The silicone key's dimensions should align its movement with the intended contact point. A single button still needs adequate housing clearance and support so an offset press does not make it lean or rub.
Custom sizes and colors are available, with silkscreen printing, raised or recessed features and color filled identification options. Choose a legend position that remains readable without extending into a flexible transition. The selected conductive material and mating circuit should be evaluated for the required electrical response.
Check the complete assembly after the enclosure is fastened. Press at the center and near the edges, then inspect return after release. A resting preload can change behavior even if the button appears centered. During assembly, keep the underside free of particles and seat the locating features without stretching. Use a compatible cleaning method for the visible surface and inspect the support arrangement if the key begins to respond unevenly. The electrical contact and mechanical movement should be assessed together when refining the design.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
