A silicone keypad can include a single elastomer button or several controls in a custom molded layout. Its flexible body forms the surface a user presses, while the surrounding geometry locates it in the housing. Size, color, and marking options allow the control to be matched to the product interface.
Visible height is only one part of a usable button. The portion below the panel needs room to move, and the surrounding rubber must be supported without being trapped in the moving path. A tall cap may be easy to find but can rub against its aperture if lateral clearance is too small. A low cap needs enough accessible surface for the intended finger position.
Choose printed, embossed, debossed, or color-filled identification according to the function and the available face area. Keep symbols legible without crowding the edges. After assembly, press from different positions to check that the control moves and returns consistently. Cleaning should remove surface dirt without scraping the markings or pushing debris beneath the button.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
