Custom rubber hose nozzle parts should be developed for the interface they occupy in the complete nozzle. A sealing insert, protective section or connection component needs its own geometry and material selection. The hose diameter alone does not define all the dimensions required for a correct fit.
Silicone and other selected elastomers are available with custom size, hardness and color. Establish the mating surfaces, available compression and clearance to moving features. Choose the compound for the intended medium, temperature and exposure duration, then evaluate the finished nozzle arrangement for its required operating conditions.
During assembly, inspect the receiving surfaces for particles or sharp edges that could damage the rubber. The part should reach its intended position without being twisted or trapped by adjacent hardware. Check the nozzle's normal movement after installation and assess sealing where relevant. During maintenance, examine the rubber contact area for cuts, permanent deformation or deposits. A recurring mark in one position may reveal an alignment or seating problem in the nozzle that should be corrected before replacing the component.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
