Electrical rubber sleeves can provide a flexible protective layer around a cable or wire where it passes near an opening. The molded or tubular dimensions should follow the cable size and the surrounding assembly. Structure, material, hardness, and color can be customized for the intended routing position.
Identify the length of cable that needs protection and the clearance available around it. The sleeve should not end exactly where the cable is forced against a sharp edge, and the route should avoid an abrupt bend at the sleeve entrance. Prepare cutouts by removing burrs before fitting any rubber component.
Choose the material for the actual environment. An electrical application does not by itself establish a voltage-insulation rating for the sleeve. Install through the intended assembly sequence and keep the cable supported so that pulling forces are not concentrated at one edge. During servicing, inspect the sleeve ends and any region that contacts the surrounding structure. Replace damaged parts with the correct passage size and length, preserving the cable route and required clearances.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
