Colored silicone buttons can be incorporated into a conductive keypad to distinguish individual controls or groups of functions. The visible color layout should be coordinated with the molded geometry and underside contacts from the start. This keeps appearance and electrical position aligned when the sheet is fitted into the equipment.
Define the housing openings, key travel, and locating features around the complete keypad. A change to a button's height or top shape should still preserve the movement available beneath it. Keep enough separation for neighboring buttons to remain released during a normal press.
Assemble without twisting or stretching the sheet and keep the conductive regions clean. Test the final control layout with the intended electronics, checking that each visible function corresponds to the correct input. During replacement, compare the complete version rather than choosing from color alone. A similarly colored keypad may have different contact spacing or support geometry, and forcing it into the housing can affect both alignment and the way its buttons return.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
