Custom natural rubber covers fit over an outside profile with a molded cavity adapted to the component. Silicone stopper configurations can be developed separately for inserted closure use. The cap interior and the stopper body should each be matched to their own receiving surfaces.
For a cover, inspect the full region beneath the rubber rather than only the entrance dimension. A shoulder or change in section can stop the cap early, leaving the rim or closed end in an unintended position. The fitting method should not require excessive stretching at a thin mouth. Select the formulation for the actual exposure and handling conditions. Keep the cavity clean before installation and leave enough access for controlled removal. After removal, inspect the rim and internal wall for damage that is hidden when fitted. Replacement should preserve the complete cavity profile and material, so the cover reaches its intended seat without relying on flexibility to overcome a mismatch in the underlying component.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
