A vacuum suction cup for glass must be used within a complete arrangement suitable for its intended handling task. The silicone cup supplies the contact profile, but the holder, vacuum conditions and glass surface also determine retention. A heavy-duty description does not establish a lifting rating for an individual rubber component.
Check that the rim can sit continuously on the actual glass without crossing a seam, coating defect or contaminated area. The cup body should align with the connection so it is not bent away from the surface by the holder. The direction of applied force needs consideration alongside the size of the contact face.
Evaluate the assembled system for the required duty before handling a load. Inspect the cup and glass contact before use, and release the attachment through the intended mechanism. During maintenance, look for cuts and permanent changes in the lip profile. Increasing force against the surface is not a correction for damaged rubber that can no longer form its intended seal around the perimeter.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
