A mini black silicone rubber suction cup is a compact attachment component for a suitable smooth contact surface. Custom size and molded geometry allow it to fit where a larger cup would occupy too much space. The available contact area must still accommodate the complete rim without crossing an edge or raised feature.
At a small scale, surface contamination can be significant relative to the cup face. Remove particles from both the cup and the mounting location before placement. Press squarely so that the rim settles evenly instead of sliding the cup across the surface under load.
Consider how the attached item applies force. A projecting component may lift one edge even when its weight appears modest, so check the actual arrangement rather than choosing by size alone. Keep the attachment within its established use conditions and inspect it if the supported item is moved. Release the rim gently for removal. During storage, avoid trapping the cup beneath heavier parts that could flatten or fold its thin contact edge.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
