Silicone toy tires can be developed for a wheel assembly that has a defined temperature requirement. Select the formulation for the conditions the rubber actually encounters, including cleaning and storage, rather than assigning one heat limit to every silicone tire. Dimensions and color can then follow the toy design.
Consider the complete wheel during that selection. The tire surrounds another component, and the hub or axle arrangement may have different material requirements. A heat-tolerant rubber choice does not establish that the assembled toy can undergo a particular heating process.
Use the finished product's care method and keep wheels clear of unintended heat sources during storage. If the rubber changes shape after exposure, check the hub as well as the tire before refitting. A ring can retain a familiar outside appearance while its internal contact has changed.
Evaluate the selected configuration on the completed toy for its intended users and operating conditions. Check rotation after care and storage, including the relationship between the rubber and its support. Preserve the compound and fitted section when replacing a damaged tire; a different silicone version needs its own assessment even when the color and loose diameter match.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
