Product Overview

Small rubber mounts with screw attachments can be customized for locations with limited installation space. The screw connection establishes the fixing point, while the rubber body provides the intended compliant area. Both need to be correctly positioned before the next component limits access to the mount.

Engage the receiving thread without forcing the mount sideways. The connection should seat on the intended surfaces and leave the rubber body untwisted. Check the available screw depth and any hardware thickness in the mounting stack. A screw that stops turning is not necessarily proof that the intended seating surfaces have met.

Once fitted, inspect the working rubber area for a pinched edge or interference from nearby parts. Size and compound can be tailored to the equipment, but the final arrangement still needs evaluation under the actual load. During servicing, use the intended metal attachment points for removal rather than pulling the rubber body. This helps preserve the surrounding seat and makes the replacement fit easier to assess.

Material options
Custom silicone or rubber formulation, with dimensions and color adapted to the mating component.
Hardness range
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A; rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Size and compound can be tailored to the equipment, but the final arrangement still needs evaluation under the actual load.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
