Silicone hollow balls have an internal space that makes wall geometry central to their behavior. The outside diameter alone does not describe how the part deforms when handled or loaded. Define the wall sections, any openings, and the intended use together so the finished form can be assessed under the conditions it will actually encounter.
Custom shape and color can follow the product design, but local transitions should not create unintended weak points. Where the hollow form is incorporated into a toy or contact product, assess the completed construction and chosen formulation for the intended users and contact conditions. The material name does not establish those requirements on its own.
