Square rubber grommets provide a custom molded interface around a shaped opening. The outer profile needs to match the width, height, and corner geometry, while the retaining area suits the finished wall thickness. The central passage should follow the intended cable route without distorting the square seat.
Check the corner radii and available clearance on both sides of the panel. A part can fit along the straight sides yet remain folded at the corners. The selected silicone compound must suit the actual operating environment and any defined fire-related material requirements.
A fireproof description does not by itself establish a firestop or a rated enclosure assembly. Any required fire performance must be established for the specific material and complete installation. Fit the grommet into a smooth, clean opening and inspect every corner after routing the cable. Support the wiring so it does not lift the retaining edge. During maintenance, replace damaged rubber with the full matching profile and selected compound rather than assuming any square insert is equivalent.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A part can fit along the straight sides yet remain folded at the corners. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
