A neoprene washer used in a square sealing arrangement should be developed around the joint's contact faces and available compression. The square outline needs defined corner radii and supported edges so the rubber can sit without folding. A matching overall width alone does not establish a suitable seal profile.
Custom dimensions, hardness and color can follow the assembly. Select the neoprene formulation for the water exposure, temperature and cleaning conditions. Any waterproofing requirement should be assessed with the complete joint and its closing arrangement.
Clean the mating surfaces before fitting and locate the washer without concentrating stretch at a corner. Check that closing movement does not drag one side outside the seat. During maintenance, inspect the hidden faces for cuts, residue or lasting compression marks. If leakage or deformation recurs at one corner, review the local mating geometry and closure sequence. A harder washer may change compression behavior without correcting an unsupported region or uneven joint alignment that continues to disturb the seal.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
