Square silicone gasket seals can be produced in different colors to identify custom joint variants or coordinate with the product. Their square outline, section dimensions, and corner profile still need to match the sealing path. Color is most useful when it remains consistently associated with a defined geometry and formulation.
Establish the available sealing space and the way the mating parts close. Equal outside side lengths do not establish the width of the contact band or the amount of rubber supported within the joint. The gasket should sit in its intended position without being stretched around corners or pinched by a locating feature.
Select the silicone for the actual contact medium, temperature, and maintenance exposure. Place the gasket on clean surfaces and prevent it from shifting while the joint is assembled. Where several similar square seals are serviced together, keep each variant identified by more than color alone. Inspect the contact pattern and corners after removal, and replace a damaged seal with the correct section rather than adding extra compression to an unsuitable part.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
