A suction cup with screw attachment needs a compatible receiving thread and a contact face suited to the actual surface. The screw should locate the cup without putting the body under a twist. Its engagement and the cup's body length also determine where the rim reaches the surface.
Check the complete setup in the intended direction of force, including any projection of the attached item. A thread size does not establish a carrying capacity or retention time. The selected silicone formulation and any vacuum arrangement need evaluation with the actual contact surface and environment.
Keep the lip clean and inspect it after repositioning. Removal should release the suction through the intended feature rather than use the screw-mounted item as a lever against the rim. During maintenance, inspect both the working edge and attachment transition for damage. Replace with the defined configuration so a different connection depth does not alter the contact angle or make the original release access unavailable.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
