EPDM rubber thin washers are custom sealing parts for interfaces with limited section height. The thin profile should lie flat in the intended seat, with its inner and outer edges supported by the mating geometry. Careful handling helps preserve those edges before the joint is closed.
Avoid dragging the washer across sharp threads or corners during fitting. A small nick can be difficult to see once the seal is installed. The assembly method should keep the part centered rather than stretch it into place. Check the closing gap and ensure that the washer is not folded beneath the adjoining surface.
Select the EPDM formulation for the actual medium and temperature; the material name does not imply compatibility with every fluid. During replacement, clean the seat and inspect for a defect that may have cut the previous washer. A thin gasket should be replaced with the specified thickness and outline rather than stacked or trimmed to accommodate an unexplained difference in the joint.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
