A rubber suction cup with screw attachment needs the mounting axis aligned so the cup can meet its contact surface evenly. A secure screw connection can still pull the rim to one side if the bracket or receiving feature is angled. The flexible contact and rigid attachment should be developed together.
Custom dimensions, compound, hardness and color can follow the application. Define the thread engagement and available clearance without allowing the screw to create unintended contact beneath the cup. Select the rubber for the actual surface and environmental conditions.
During fitting, support the attachment through the intended fastening method rather than twisting the cup rim. Check contact after tightening and evaluate holding behavior using representative loads, directions and surface conditions. No general capacity follows from the screw size alone.
During maintenance, inspect the mounting connection and suction face separately. Loosening at the hardware may tilt the cup, while dirt or a nick at the rim affects the surface interface. Correct the relevant cause before reuse and store spare cups without bending their contact edges.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
