A rubber sucking cup creates a molded contact interface for a suction arrangement. The custom shape and size should follow the surface it is intended to meet, leaving enough continuous area for the lip. The usable contact can be smaller than the visible cup outline if the surface is interrupted or curved.
Check the workpiece or mounting surface for texture, grooves, and local changes in shape. The cup needs to settle without one side being held away from the surface. Its attachment to the holder should preserve that alignment rather than introducing a sideways pull.
Evaluate the complete arrangement with the actual load and movement, including the vacuum conditions where a powered system is used. A description of strong suction does not provide a universal capacity independent of the installation. Clean the lip and contact area before use, and inspect the rubber for small tears or distortion. Recheck attachment after repositioning, and replace damaged cups instead of increasing force against a contact surface that no longer matches the intended profile.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
