A sealing rubber O-ring washer provides a custom rubber interface around an opening or joint. The selected profile should correspond to the receiving seat, whether the design uses a round section or a flat washer form. The ring's dimensions and support determine how it makes contact when the assembly closes.
Silicone and EPDM are different material options whose suitability depends on the medium, temperature, and cleaning conditions. Choose the exact compound for the application rather than treating both names as a single specification. The groove or mating faces must also provide the intended compression without pinching the rubber.
Install the ring on clean surfaces and keep dust or loose particles out of the sealing area. Check that it remains seated as the parts are brought together. Any required water or dust protection should be evaluated on the complete assembled joint under its expected exposure conditions. During maintenance, inspect the ring and mating surfaces together, and replace damaged rubber before reassembly rather than relying on additional tightening to recover the seal.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
