A Power Silicone Button provides a molded operating surface for a custom outdoor keypad. The control can be developed with a particular size, color and engraved or embossed identification so the power function remains easy to locate on the installed equipment. Its placement should be reviewed from the position where the user will actually approach the panel.
Consider visibility at different viewing angles and the room around the button for a deliberate press. If the intended use involves gloves, trial the selected profile with those gloves instead of assuming that a larger or softer key will be sufficient. The surrounding housing must leave the key free to move while supporting the rubber at its mounting area.
The waterproof title makes the enclosure interface an important design consideration, but it does not provide a numerical protection rating. Assess moisture exposure with the keypad fitted to the final panel. Keep the button perimeter clean during maintenance and remove lodged dirt gently. A torn or displaced rubber edge can affect both the operating movement and the way the front surface fits against its enclosure.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
