Conductive silicone buttons and keypads need their electrical contact geometry to remain suitable in the temperature conditions of the finished control. The rubber formulation, board position and enclosure support all contribute to that arrangement. Heat resistance of one component does not establish the operating limit of the complete electronics.
Define the contact locations and rest gaps around the actual molded profiles. A housing that changes its clamping relationship as it warms can affect key movement even when the silicone remains flexible. Nearby heat sources and the duration of exposure should be part of the evaluation.
Check input and release behavior with the assembly in its intended operating state, rather than relying only on a loose room-temperature keypad. During servicing, inspect for rubbing or a shifted supporting feature and keep the underside contacts free from contamination. Restore the original board and sheet seating before reassessing operation so an alignment change is not mistaken for a material or conductive-contact problem.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
