Custom waterproof silicone covers are shaped around the component they protect. A flexible outer shell can cover exposed surfaces, but the fit at its open edge is central to any moisture-exclusion function. The cover should be developed with the mating component and the intended access method in mind.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, color, hardness and branding, with different rubber materials available. Consider whether the cover is removed regularly or remains fitted during normal use. A frequently handled opening needs a shape that can be released without stretching a thin area or pulling against another part.
Check the full perimeter after installation. Buttons, seams, cable exits and projecting features may prevent the edge from closing evenly even when the main body looks well fitted. The waterproof name does not state an ingress classification or establish immersion capability; evaluate the finished cover and mating component for the required exposure.
Clean the seating surface before refitting the cover after maintenance. Trapped particles can create a local gap or scratch the protected finish. Let the cover settle into its intended shape and inspect folds near corners instead of forcing them flat with a fastener. Replace a split lip before returning the assembly to an exposure-dependent use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
